Zwoefbier

Since Westvleteren beer was nominated "best beer in the world", it has become extremely difficult to get.

Therefore we decided to start brewing our own beer.

We baptized this blonde and very tasty beer Zwoefbier (pronounced <zwoof beer>): a high fermentation beer that stands up to the best Belgian beers. It is available in brown and blond but is not for sale on the market.
